Documents
The vessel can be rented only by presenting a valid personal identification document.
By signing the lease agreement, the lessee guarantees that it has the proper license to operate the vessel.
Fuel
Fuel is never included in the rental price.
The vessel is issued with a full fuel tank and so should return.
Payments
Boat rental is always paid in advance.
We accept all types of payments, including all major credit cards.
The security deposit can only be paid in cash and will be refunded upon return of the boat.
Compliance
The lessee is obliged to comply with all laws and regulations on navigation at sea in force in the Republic of Croatia.
It is absolutely forbidden to speed (speedboat) less than 300 meters from the shore.
It is absolutely forbidden to operate a vessel under the influence of alcohol or intoxicants.
The boat is always rented on its own responsibility, which is determined by the mandatory signing of the rental agreement before the ride.
Consequently, Denor Travel cannot be held liable for any damage caused to third parties (not covered by insurance) or traffic offenses incurred while driving.
Timetable
The boat is usually rented from 9:00 in the morning to 18:00 in the afternoon, unless otherwise agreed.
For half-day boats, the first shift is from 9:00 to 13:00 and the second is from 14:00 to 18:00.
For each hour of the rental time exceeded, we will charge an additional 10% of the rental price.
Bad weather
In case of extremely bad weather, we reserve the right not to allow the departure of the boat.
The lessee is entitled to a 100% refund in the event of inclement weather or any unforeseen circumstances that would make it impossible to drive.
At the request of the lessee, the reservation can be transferred to the first next available period.
Safety
Every lessee must have a mobile phone during the rental period and can be contacted in case of need.
In case of any problem, the lessee is obliged to immediately inform the owner over the telephone number with which he/she is familiar when signing the contract.
In the event of a serious accident endangering human lives or serious material damage, the lessee is obliged to call the police or other appropriate services.
